For physics, many first year science students choose to take Physics 1A03 as meets the prerequisites for many upper-year science courses. Or if you think you want to specialize in physics later on in university, you can take Physics 1C03 which uses a bit more calculus to explain concepts. Or there's Physics 1L03 which you will have to take if you don't have a 12U physics.

As for enviro sci courses, there not required in the life sci program.

Requirements for all programs can be found in the course calendar. In addition, requirements for level I programs can be found in much of the admissions literature provided to prospective first years, and in many cases may also be found on the faculty websites.
