You can get your password reset by any financial aid office of any postsecondary institution in Ontario (it doesn't have to the McMaster one if you're outside of Hamilton right now). |

Maybe try deleting your cookies and cache?

Using firefox and its not working. I got to the part where I have to agree to the terms and conditions then click save and continue, soon as I click it session times out.
cleared history too and still no luck. ah well try again in a few days...

Give internet explorer a go, last time I couldn't print off the last page because I was using chrome. Then I tried firefox and it still wouldn't worked. It finally worked on internet explorer.

Yea...same thing happened to me. :S
I used IE, Chrome, Safari, AND Firefox. None of them work.

Regardless of browser (Firefox, Chrome, IE), it doesn't work for me once I press "save and continue". I get logged out. :S So much for their "easier" to access application.. I guess we'll have to wait til Monday.  |

i think its the site, not the browser. i tried pc - firefox, then my mac firefox. also tried IE..and no luck. Should be their technical issue. Wait a couple of days.
Btw, does anyone know if whether u have a tax free savings account will affect ur OSAP eligibility?

All assets are taken into account when calculating your OSAP entitlement.
