Eh, depends on whether you want to just get it over with now or do you want to wait till summer (where it's not 100% guaranteed that Young will be teaching 2Z03 again btw).
Both of them never post any notes, so you have to attend lectures and take your own notes or you're screwed. Young does do a better job explaining things and his tests are simple multiple choice and short answer. Budros doesn't really explain anything (especially the math formulas) and his tests are not just simple memorize-and-regurgitate but all written with like 8 questions and each is out of 15 marks, some of which are basically 1 sentence answers and others are paragraphs. The questions aren't hard if you take good notes and study-his final exam is a total joke.
tl;dr----Young is boring but pretty easy, Budros is also boring and slightly harder
Oh, and don't bother buying the textbook for 2Z03, totally pointless.
