Yes they do, the prices are listed on the same page where you find your books. It's under the price for the new books. I think they sell at 75%?

One note, I always shop early for used books, and as a result, have EVERY TIME gotten the book in mint condition. You legit could not tell that it was not new, other than by the "used" sticker.
But aren't we advised to wait till the first day of class when the prof tells you the required stuff?
If you buy from the upper years you can't really 'return' them

No, you can only return used books if you buy them from titles. Even if you buy them online from a bookstore it's a major hassle to get a refund.
