Yeah, the general Internet plans have very low uploading bandwidths. Definitively be careful, make sure you know what your uploading limit it otherwise it can be expensive. Some plans have the uploading and downloading bandwidths together though.

AH dc++ is so sick; i hope that it has some great stuff on it next year ! regardless, bring a fan ! and probably an extra light or a stronger one if yu have it; I visited my friend last year in residence at MAC and her room really wasn't that bright !
