Yup. Also, SOLAR opens at 8:30 AM on the 13th... don't forget and stay up until 12 for nothing. :]

I'm in Science and really want to get into Gerontol 1A03. I'm going into second year and want to take this course so that I'll be able to take upper year gerontology courses. Would you recommend that I call/email the prof/department, or am I completely out of luck now? I've been trying everyday, but no luck.

Keep on trying there is still august 13th to the drop/add deadline. They'll be lots of people switching around their courses.

Woah, thank goodness you mentioned that, otherwise I would be staying up till 12 for nothing XD Why did they change it up though? They should've just kept it at 12 instead of confusing everyone |

Hey Melanie, shoot, I thought you got in too :(! I emailed her, and she said that they will open up more seats in the next few days depending on demand. A few days later, it opened up and someoen messaged me about it. But the next day it opened up again. It did a few times actually, so I'm guessing they added in a few more seats. I'll keep checking for you though from now till August I guess :S, and message you asap !

lime: If you need Physics 1B03 as a requirement for your program you can email the department and they should open seats for you. The same goes for Math 1A03.

Yep! If it's a requirement, you'll definitely get a spot! And there's always the possibility of waiting till SOLAR re-opens !
