The PCAT is not for pharmacology or pharmaceuticals. It is for the profession of pharmacy. Obviously there is overlap between the three, and both pharmaceuticals and pharmacy are based on pharmacology, but there is a difference. Most people who go into pharmacy don't end up working for pharmaceutical companies, although it is an option.
If your GPA can't withstand 2A03 and 2C03, you'll have a lot of trouble in pharmacy school anyways.
Biopharm is competitive - not everyone who applies gets in, obviously - but I'm not sure how to quantify it. It depends on the quality of the pool of applicants each year. If you don't try, you don't have a chance of getting in.
Also, if it is possible - and it might be too late in the term for you to even consider this - but taking the two kin anatomy/physiology courses would be preferable to bio 2A03, since the two kin courses allow you to be exempt from taking similar courses in pharmacy school (at UofT, I'm not sure about Waterloo), whereas bio 2A03 is not considered similar enough to allow you to get the exemptions.
The things you learn in biopharm will certainly help you if you wish to do pharmacy school - and there are certainly people from biopharm who go on to do pharmacy school - however, it can delay your application by a year if you want to get your undergrad degree first.
It doesn't sound like you've thought this out very well, since these are things you should consider prior to picking courses for both the fall and the winter term, not just changing everything around for second term. This is your life, it's not something you should do on a whim.
