Grades
Are all the grades posted together on MUGSI or do marks for different courses appear at different times? When can these marks be expected by, and are they percentages or grade point?

Marks are posted as soon as they have been released. That means, as soon as all the exams have been marked, reviewed, the the final mark distributions have bene reviewed, the registrar will release it as GRADE POINTS. Mcmaster only uses grade points. If a certain course is not ready yet, it just appears blank until it is available.

help!
could someone please help me here. i took a course and on my interm report it says that i failed, but throughout the semester my average for all of my coursework was just over 80% (which was 70% of the final mark). I dont understand how I could have received a zero in the course when technically even if i got a zero on the exam i would still pass the course. by the way i still wrote the exam and thought i did alright on it. is it possible she could have entered a mistake? or i somehow got zero on an exam :|

i received nothing in my e-mail telling me if something was wrong or my exam wasnt in and i e-mailed my prof but have yet to receive anything. has this happened to anyone else?

Are you sure it says a 0 or is it just a blank? Because if it's a blank, the grade simply hasn't been entered yet...

In some courses if you fail the exam, you fail the course regardless of how well you did during the term.

We have no idea...it doesn't say when course grades will be added.

no its not blank it says 0, and by the way everything is good, the prof messaged me, she made a mistake inputing my mark, i actually ended up with a 9 in the course, not a 0 which is a huge relief. Thanks anyways.

I was wondering.. does Mac ever send report cards?
do they send anything home that is related to our grades? or do we go to the office and ask for a print out if we need one?

You have to fill out a request for a transcript. The application is by the registrar's office.
