I looked in course reviews, nothing there. Considering it for summer. Has anyone taken this recently, can I get some feedback?

heard the multiple choice tests were actually hard and a few people in my class who took this class didnt really like the structure or the prof

The prof for this course in the summer is Dr.Ross, she will have a different outline for it, so you should not go by the previous course outline. Having taken her classes before she is a great prof, highly recommend her courses.
