On a rainy day, it was pretty common to step on one and splash yourself (or someone else) with water from the stone flying up (kind of like a seesaw type thing). The ground is probably just uneven there, which is why the concrete is too. It was pretty bad though...my friend wanted to set up a videocamera there on a rainy day, to catch everyone who got splashed or tripped
Uneven concrete>>>sketchy slabs of rock

Wow I didn't know that. Good point, thanks. OR what else sucks, is when it's raining and you're walking on the sidewalk and a car drives by and splashes a ton of water on you. That totally sucks.

To be honest I like rain main. Just for the fact that I carry around a large umbrella (my friends make fun of me for it, it seriously is huge). Snow you can dust off but leaves you wet, but carrying an umbrella for snow won't work :(

Some uggs are really cute. They don't just make the common flat books anymore. But yah, there are definitely a fad... or maybe not, but they're so overworn now that they've lost their unique-ness. Its like a song that's played over and over on the radio.

I've seen one person in my entire life who has actually pulled off Uggs. But that was also because her Uggs were spotless, a nice dark brown colour, and a good length.
I've tried on a pair, for laughs, and as unattractive as they are, they're comfy.

Comfortable until they get soaking wet. Also there is no way to wear UGGS and not look like a yeti

on the subject of rain and annoyances:
There are no puddles at Mac, only lakes and rivers.
I'm seriously considering investing in a pair of rubber boots.
