I hate when TAs randoly call upon you to answer a question. Pick one of the other 5 people who have their hand up and ask them! They obviously know the answer! [Also, it's not like in hs where the teacher wants everyone to answer equally; this is uni, we all realize that our tutorial marks will go down if we don't answer enough. Let us make our own decisions, and what's more, pick on the people who obv. know the answer and want to get the marks for speaking up!]

Yeah, I think that's the point. It took me a while to get the obvious hints. :/ If someone's replying with "lol" or something of the sort, they're politely telling you to stfu and gtfo. In some cases, "never talk to me again" is also implied and in that case, you should proceed to deleting them from your msn. Chances are, you're already gone from theirs. :/ |

I find people who say "lol" instead of actually laughing in real life when they legitimately find what was said to be humourous rather annoying.

probably already been said but I just can't stand it when a professor has already started his/her lecture and people come in from the front doors.
Ok, I understand if it's one of the smaller lecture theatres with only one set of entrances, but in places like MDCL there is really no excuse, I just find it so disrespectful, GAH!!
Sorry, I'm like OCD/passive aggressive about small stupid things sometimes.
