Nooooo., I wanted to switch to wind this winter but I found out that my samsung galaxy S is not compatible with their wind sim card =(.

I should've gotten the Nexus S!!!

Sell it.

Galaxy S is still a new phone and should fetch good price.

Compatible with Wind.

To get it you have to cross the border and head for the nearest BestBuy. Or classified ads like Kijiji.

H doowe you check if a certain phone is compatible with wind? Also, just to get things straight: the holiday miracle plan is still available until the end of january?

I heard Jan 16th. Official site list it as Jan 16th.

Howards Forum do list it as end of Jan but the official site doesn't agree.

Any phones that works with T-Mobile in the US will works with Wind. T-Mobile uses the same AWS frequency Wind does.

WOW! the samsung galaxy tab and various other versions of samsung galaxy is on that list but not mine (i9000). That sucks...only one word can describe situation...

GSMArena is good but it sometime does not list all the frequency on phones.

Example: Nokia 5230 isn't listed on the search. But it does have 1700/2100 Wind require. Wind officially sell this phone as a result

Another list you can use is this. It shows Androids that are compatible with Wind with features listed like availability on OS version and update.
